JAKARTA – PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI), the property issuer owned by Agung Sedayu Group and Salim Group, is optimistic its third rights issue will generate additional capital of up to IDR 16.7 trillion.

As reported by IDNFinancials.com, PANI has announced a plan for a capital increase with pre-emptive rights (HMETD) through the issuance of 1.2 billion new shares.

“This will be a public offering that will require approval from shareholders at the EGMS on 9 October 2025,” said PANI’s Corporate Secretary, Christy Grassela, in Public Expose Live 2025 on Tuesday (9/9).

If approved by shareholders and the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Christy said, “the third rights issue transaction will be carried out in December this year.”

“The target from the third rights issue fundraising is estimated at a maximum of IDR 16.7 trillion,” she added, although the exercise price for the rights issue has not yet been determined.

PANI plans to use around IDR 16.1 trillion of the proceeds to secure a majority stake in PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK).

The remainder will be allocated to the capital needs of three subsidiaries: PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa, PT Karunia Utama Selaras, and PT Panorama Eka Tunggal.

“This is to support pre-construction and on-ground construction in the three subsidiaries,” Christy explained.

For reference, PANI raised around IDR 300 billion from a private placement in early September 2025. All of the funds came from PANI’s controlling shareholder, PT Multi Artha Pratama—an entity owned by Agung Sedayu Group and Salim Group. (KR/ZH)
