JAKARTA – PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) still has 45.41% of the funds raised from its rights issue worth IDR 2.65 trillion in October 2022.

In a press release quoted on Wednesday (10/9), ADHI Finance Director Bani Iqbal stated that the remaining funds from the limited public offering currently stand at IDR 1.2 trillion.

The remaining funds are placed in demand deposit instruments at three state-owned banks: PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI), PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI), and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI). Interest rates on these demand deposits range from 2% to 4% per year.

In the second limited public offering held on 7 October 2025, ADHI planned to allocate the entire IDR 2.65 trillion to capital injections for National Strategic Project BUPs and National Strategic Projects.

“The realised use of funds for capital injections into National Strategic Project BUPs and National Strategic Projects amounted to IDR 1.45 trillion,” he said.

Meanwhile, ADHI’s share price slipped 1.44% to IDR 274 in the first session at 10:10 AM, Wednesday (10/9). Over the past week, the state-owned construction issuer’s shares have risen 2.24%, while over the past month, they have fallen 2.84%. (LK/ZH)
