Hermanto Tanoko's firm to launch rights issue after share surge
JAKARTA – PT Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Tbk (RISE) aims to raise fresh funds through a rights issue of 1.33 billion shares with a nominal value of IDR 100 per share.
The management will seek approval from the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 27 November 2025 to proceed with the corporate action.
According to the company’s brief prospectus on Tuesday (21/10), all proceeds from the rights issue will be used to support business expansion, including the development of Tanrise City Bandung, Tanrise City Sidoarjo, the Industrial Zone in Banjarbaru, Kalimantan, and Taman Dayu Resort Area.
Part of the funds will also be allocated for working capital and loan repayment.
RISE’s management has not yet determined the exercise price for the rights issue.
As of September 2025, the company’s authorised capital stood at IDR 1.5 trillion, with issued and fully paid capital of IDR 1.09 trillion. The shareholder structure consists of PT Tancorp Global Sentosa (TGS) 80.2950%, PT Bemeroca Uniti Abadi Harmoni 0.0001%, and the public 19.7049%.
For reference, the company’s share price has surged 408.71% over the past month to IDR 7,300 as of the first session at 10:28 AM on Tuesday (21/10). Meanwhile, the stock gained 44.55% in the past week. (LK/KR/ZH)
