JAKARTA – PT Jaya Sukses Makmur Tbk (RISE) is seeking additional funds through a rights issue of up to 1.33 billion shares with a nominal value of IDR100 per share. This plan has received shareholder approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on Thursday (27/11).

Herliani Prayogo, Corporate Secretary of RISE, stated that the rights issue plan was approved by shareholders representing 8.78 billion shares, equivalent to 80.29% of valid shares.

“Approved and amended the provisions of the Articles of Association in relation to the increase in issued and fully paid capital for the purpose of capital addition,” she said in an information disclosure quoted on Thursday (27/11).

Another decision at the EGMS was to grant authority to the board of directors, with the approval of the board of commissioners, to determine the rights issue ratio, exercise price, and schedule.

RISE’s share price corrected by 1.23% to IDR12,075 per share as of 15:50 WIB. Over the past week, its share price has risen 8.05% or 900 points, and over the past month it has increased 12.59% or 1,350 points.

The upward trend in RISE’s share price has been evident since mid‑September 2025. At the beginning of the year, its share price was still at the level of IDR1,055 per share.

As of October 2025, RISE’s total shares stood at 10.94 billion, with controlling shareholders holding 80.3% and non‑controlling shareholders 19.7%. The ultimate beneficial owner of the issuer’s shares is Hermanto Tanoko. (LK/KR/LM)
